Brenda did this victorian card after seeing the sweet baby images on Ignacio's Nicecrane web site and thinking this particular one would go very well with some Graphic 45 Secret Garden DP's and some silk ribbon in my stash which I used to make the flower. So here it is along with several Spellbinders, Cheery Lynn and Memory Box dies.

Carole did a quick card from a fabulous Halloween image from Nicecrane designs..check out all the vintage gorgeousness on the site! I usually concentrate on colouring the digi stamps for my design team posts, but this time it really had to be a quick card and I wanted to show that by taking an image and embellishing it with buttons, a card is made!

I matted and layered the image on black and orange card and embossed the background with an embossability folder, which I then sprayed with silver cosmic shimmer missed. I added a double bow, some bakers twine and a pumpkin ribbon from stash.

Pearl Pen from Viva color sunny yellow. Yellow ribbon and button. The extra leaves are the ones that are left from the punch, added them to the card.

The inside sentiment is from Stampendous. Added a couple of my lady bugs.

Owww just so in love with the fab images of these cute kitty cats from Nicecrane Designs. I made a Christmas card with another fab image from this serie, I so can not resist them. A Little Fall Wagon...(Halloween)

Now enjoy  Catherine `s work with my "Vintage Halloween Collection" . I saw these little wagons in a craft program, on the television, and although they didn't explain how to make them, I tried to sort it out myself, I just had to make one, I thought they were cute ! I first made a Christmas one - you will see it later in the year - and I had so much fun making it that I decided to make one to celebrate Fall !

It is made of four origami boxes (I put a tutorial on my blog a while ago, you can see it here...). The bigger box is made of kraft cardstock (the square you will need is 21 cm x 21 cm), the three other boxes are made using designer papers (Dimensions : 19 cm x 19 cm - 17 cm x 17 cm - 15 cm x 15 cm).
So here is my little wagon...

Kewpies at School, A. Mucha Cards & Two Freebies

So, so,,,,adorable Kewpies,,,,,,,,

I'm speaking of naps, but not because these are babies, but did you see what the Kewpies are subjecting the baby too?? ICK! 

Political Economy and Algebra?? Total nap time for me!

Happy Birthday with Kewpies

I must tell you Jane from Janes`s Journal is now on my DT. and I am showing her stunning coloring working with my adorable and sweet Kewpies. I am falling in love with her pastel colors,,,,wow,woww,,.

This is my first as a GD for Nicecrane Designs and it features another image from the gorgeous Kewpie set...you get all 5 images in the download and they are a dream to colour. I was inspired by the purple of my Pimms to make this birthday card.

I coloured the image with Promarkers and highlighted with my Prismacolor pencils. I have added some tags, vintage tags and a grunge sentiment which are Lili of the Valley. I have coloured them with Distress Inks.
Just look at these cutie Kewpies in close up. You will notice that I made my pastel sky again with my cloud template and blue pastel chalk.

I have added glitter to their sweet little wings for a little bling.

Autumnal Birtthday (by Astrid Maclean)

Astrid Macelan used one of the picts in my Alphonse Mucha collection, you can find it HERE.

I embossed a large tag with a Tim Holtz embossing folder and then inked it with a mix of Distress Inks, Tea dye, Rusty Hinge, Wild Honey, Peeled Paint and even a bit of Dusty Concord round the edges. I spritzed and flicked a bit and then stamped with various Prima stamps from the Vintage Vanity collection by Finnabair. I mounted the Mucha image on a bit of Kraft card, adhered it to the tag and then embellished with some die cut leaves I still had left over from another project. The gorgeous butterfly was a gift from a friend.
