Sweet Angel Cards

Hello I am Mervi , I had an opportunity to try vintage images from Nicerane Designs and here are my first cards, more to come on Sunday! These images are from Little Angels set. Check these cute cat freebies here.

Papers on both cards are from Prima Tea Thyme collection and background papers are pearly cardstock pink and silver. Love text is Penny Black's die cut. (1) Chloe Stem is Memory Box's embossed with white and grey mix. Laces from Finnish stores, ribbon from Ribbon Girl, flower WOC's with Stickles frosted lace, pearls.

 

(2) Angel wings are TH die cut and cut from shimmery tapestry, with 3d foams. Lace and sequin ribbon,diamond gems.

Altered Domino Book (by Shirl)

Woww,wowww,, I haven´t watch the INCREDIBLE WORK by Shirl at Shir`slCards with my Sheets,,,,It is abslutely so stunning, so amazing,,,,,,,a TRUE PLAY OF ART....Thanks my friend.

I have a real gem of a lady called Maria who can only come to my classes once a fortnight …(she lives in Dublin) … and because yesterday was her day to be at the class I decided we would make an altered domino book instead of the usual card.

I have to admit that these little books have never appealed to me before … always looked to fiddly. How wrong could I have been, and guess who changed my mind about them … yep Brenda … you can see her books here. She showed Clare, Pat, Amber and myself a couple she had made when we were at home and I totally fell in love with them.

One and only time I couldn’t wait to get back to Ireland … (I do love Ireland to bits just miss my family more) … and my craft room to have a go. So below is my first ever Domino Book. Minus all the drilled holes to add the trinkets as it’s only a two hour class … eh going on three or four usually … and time is an issue.
