Pin Ups, Birds and Children ' s Paintings

Katrine B. from my DT did this funny and sexy Pin Up Card working with my " Fascinating Pin Ups CS", enjoy watching it.

NiceCrane  Designs has gradually built up a good selection of tasteful pin-up designs that is perfect for men's cards. I have used a design from THIS sheet to decorate my herretag.

I have spent a great power-tag as the base and embellished with some patterned paper. The design is cut with a die from Marianne Design and the mat behind is cut with a Spellbinders die. 

 I found the text from the Quick & Well- matched so well to the occasion and design! I stamped on the wood veneers from Studio Calico.  -KatBra-

Marianne Design has lots of different dies to suit different styles and projects. I've fallen head over heels for the new vintage embossed Dies. They have, among others, made ​​a giant leak stand / tripod to showcase eg short, dies No. LR0266.

This card is one of those that was in my head but took some doing to turn it into reality. I would imagine by now we've all seen/attempted Tim's 'faux verdigris' technique on his April tag. He challenged us to use different colours, and in recent posts I've shown you my 'faux rust' version. That got me thinking "What other 'faux effects can I create by mixing up these wonderful Distress Paints?"
