The image on this one is from the Antique Christmas collection, he's such a sweet little lad feeding the birds which I have decided are Great Tit's of which we have an abundance in the gardens. More G45 DP, a Spellbinder border die and some wooden numbers and a computer generated 'December'.
This Collection is exquisite to create Vintage Xmas Cards,,,,take a look to some previous ones

I have gone with a traditional feel to both of my Nicecrane cards, the one at the top uses an image from the Vintage Merry Christmas design set which has six different images, prefect to help you get those last minute cards made. The DP is Graphic 45, a spellbinder Poinsettia, ivy and some lace

Crafting at Christmas Time

Fascinating Xmas Ball Ornaments

I am showing you my latest Christmas Balls Collection,,,,so I am asked to Lisa Minckler to work on these ones and here is her really incredible work,,,,:
I am feeling so much better today and I believe that the skin under my nose is finally starting to heal...yeah! Since I do feel more human, I decided it would be good to renew my relationship with the elliptical machine again....SO stupid!
Funny that I thought the flu was trying to kill me. Let me not get started on that death machine...nywho...

I was able to shuffle myself into the craftroom this weekend and decided that I would have a little play with Ignacio's latest images Funny Christmas Ball Iand II.

They began on Silhouette cut rosettes

and then for some idiotic reason I thought learning origami at 4 in the morning wouldn't be taxing at ALL on my brain... Let's not go there either!

But lookie here, I did it! I would recommend a full 8 hours of sleep and perhaps actually finishing one cup of coffee before starting, but if you'd like to make these as well...here's the link.
HINT: They give you instructions on how to fold paper to make the beginning hexagon shape...I have a cutting machine that cut one out for me and then I varied the sizes for small, medium and large.

Each rosette is double sided and layered with an ornament ball.

The foliage and pinecone are made from the TH Tattered Pinecone Sizzix Alterations. Papers are from 7 Gypsies and all colored surfaces are with TH distress paints.
The files are so much fun to play with. Ignacio makes each sheet the with the perfect amount of layering circles and it's up to you how you'd like to decorate them. I think these will be going on some gifts this year.

They are a MUST HAVE on Christmas for any crafter:

Avril also in my DT, did this vintage and cute card working with my Xmas Collections,,,so directly from her blog

:I'm sharing a card made with a lovely traditional image from Nicecrane Designs which you can find on the Vintage Santa Vol 3 sheet, the image was printed out onto Ivory hammered card, which I think gives a lovely vintage look.

No Design Papers Allowed

I am sponsoring Allsorts Challenge on this week and Brenda is hosting The Theme,,,,and it is "No Designs Papers",,,,,,so directly from Allsorts Challenge:

My Nicecrane piece above uses one of the lovely Birds and Blossoms images.............can you tell I am already thinking ahead to Spring............a background of Dylusions, then script and grids randomly stamped, a Timmy clock onto which I scattered some Frantage, dies cut leaves, some twine, hessian and corner embellies.
But you can`t miss the other Xmas Card by Allsorts Team with my products:
